Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will respond within 24-48 business hours. Content that is found to be infringing will be removed or disabled promptly.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted has been removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed and where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted materials.
